Do you have FSK from the RigBlaster Pro connected to pin 1 of
the 4 pin jack, PTT from the RigBlaster Pro connected to pin 3
of the 4 pin jack and ground from the RigBlaster Pro connected
to pin 4?

If so, call RigBlaster's customer service and try to get some
help from them.
