[1000mp] Board for early FT1000MP

I am aware that RF Connection advertises that DIN8/262 plug. However, K6SRZ
told me a few days ago that he tried to order several for both of us and was
told they are not currently in stock.

The DIN8/262 plug is available from The RF Connection -
www.therfc.com.   It's their model DP8/262 @ $1.50 each.
