[1000mp] D1033 diode replacement

Hi!

RCV on my 1000MP became dead 2 days ago. I found D 1033 burned and need 
to be replaced. Since I do not have Service manual, can someone tell me 
what kind of diode is that (or equivalent)?

BTW, I was trying to find PDF or similar version of 10000MP Service 
manual, at least for the RF UNIT - no luck, just Technical Supplement... 
Is that available somewhere ?
