I'm not a customer (so far), but a friend sent him an FT-1000 which was
repaired at a reasonable cost and with a short turnaround. I saw the invoice
and was impressed with the completeness of diagnostic info and final
performance checks performed prior to return shipping...all described on the
invoice.
