[1000mp] Computer Split recognition

Thanks Pete. I just had to believe that there was a 'work around' for this
because there are too many ICOM rigs in service and most spots indicate the
split where the station was worked if they were working split.

I wonder if all of the logging programs (including DX4WIN) operate
similarly? Maybe not DX4WIN --  I am pretty sure that the contest logging
programs pay some internal attention to split operation --- at least if you
control the split on/off from your keyboard rather than the front panel. 

In general operation rather than in contesting this might take some practice
I suppose. Does anyone else have a comment on how they make split QSX spots
when they are using their ICOM radios? Do the 'spotting' programs do
something to resolve this potential concern?
