[1000mp] FT1000MP -> port USB

Hi everybody,
I am thinking how to connect my FT-1000MP to the computer using the USB
port, instead of my current cable RS-232 to the radio. The main board I plan
to buy for my PC does not contain the RS232 port. There is a simulator
transfering USB to RS232, is it necessary to buy it?
Does someone use the USB - FT1000MP cable? What kind of?
