[1000mp] Small Emergency: Need Key Click Values !!!

To All:

I am performing mods (key click, Noise blanker, K9AN audio hiss) on a ham's FT1000MP transceiver tonite live at a ham club meeting in MPLS.  I have modified 3 MPs/MK Vs so far; I've been able to get them done in an hour or so.

But, I left the INRAD documentation at home this am !  I can't remember the component values for their key click mod.  Can someone please refer to their documentation and tell me what the values are ?  There are 3 parts, I believe the .1 uF goes on the RF board, but I can't remember the two that are in parallel on the IF board.

Also, can someone please refer to the roofing filter instructions and tell me the value of the K9AN hiss mod capacitor that parallels C3015 ?  I need that one too.  I am getting the parts from work today and won't have time to swing back before the meeting.
