[1000mp] serial numbers

The info has been out several times on the reflector, but the first 2 digits
give you the answer on any Yaesu radio. The first is the year and the second
the month starting with c=January.

I would like to know how can we read the mark V field serial number....
I want to know when they were manufactured....
One has    2H070082 and the other has 2H070648
