Seems to me you need to figure out how the RF is getting into the radio. It could be as simple as pickup on the leads to the speaker itself, or virtually any other connection to the radio. Low SWR is not necessarily any guarantee against common mode currents on the feedline, or it may be direct radiation. Does the situation occur with headphones too? Does it vary from one band to another?
