If you use an amp with the MK5, it might be a good idea to use the menu to
reduce power level to the 100w/75w level (can't remember which it is). I
found this is the best way of making sure that you don't end up either
driving the amp with 200w or possibly passing 200w through the unit when it
is powered down. Either way, most amps don't like that.
