I would be concerned about damage ... the heat sink in the Mark V is 
undersize for heavy operation ... going past 200 Watts is a real risk.   

In addition, *IF* the power supply will handle it, you might be able to 
get 300 watts out of a Mark V the IMD will be at least 10 dB worse 
than the stock operating point.  

Bottom line ... it's not worth the risk for only about 1.6 dB increase 
in output.  Get a nice used AL-80/AL-811H/SB-220, etc. if you need more 
than 200 Watts ... it will cost a lot less than a set of blown finals!
