[1000mp] More listening audio and other stuff

I love my Mark V, but I wish there was a way to get more audio to the 
headphones.  I like to keep the RF gain turned back since it "quiets" the band, but 
the rx does not have sufficient audio to pull the weak ones out if I do that.  
Any suggestions?

Second, any way to, when running, make the second rx as narrow as the first 
one so I can S/P with it on the same band in contests?
