[1000mp] MD-200 Mic and Mark V Audio Settings

Just purchased a MD-200 mic for my Mark V.  I know that rig audio setting
and mic audio setting is a matter of the user and of course the listener,
but I was just wondering what radio settings and mic settings are
recommended.
