[1000mp] KEYBOARD CW

is there any difference to do that in plain 1000MP and Mark V or Field?

I am going to do the same thing with my MP to use N1MM and N6TR ...
I remember that you have to use 2 different COM ports or COM+LPT to control
CAT and do CW ...
obviously my PC has only one COM port which is already taken by CAT and I
don have any LPT at all ....

I also remember that there are some tiny hardware solutions like Win-Key or
USB-Key - but I dont remeber what the correct name is, what they do exactly,
where to get them and for how much.
