[1000mp] Mark V Power Output Meter

Hello Yaesu Fans:

On my Mark V, while in CW, and monitoring my PO at the 200 watt level, I
notice that the bars on the PO Meter change from orange, to a red orange
color above about 180 watts.

What is the significance of the second set of colored bars on the graph?  Is
this a cautionary note?
