[1000mp] Part found loose inside my Mk. V

I recently had my Mk. V open to perform the various mods. The only other 
time I have had the radio open was to install filters. I found what 
appears to be a spring contact for a shield or cover. It was loose, but 
was wedged between a couple of metal parts on the far right side of the 
radio just behind the front panel. It is brass colored and measures 12mm 
x 4mm. There is about a 30 degree bend at one end, and also solder at 
that end. Apparently it was soldered to something in the radio and 
somehow broke loose. I looked for a place where it could have come from, 
but didn't see anything. I didn't want to disassemble the radio any more 
than was already necessary for the mods, and I suppose it is even 
possible that this is a foreign object that got into my radio in the 
factory. Does anyone recall seeing a part like this somewhere in their 
Mk. V? Thanks!
