My experience thus far is that the MkV is very sensitive SWR-wise. Try
wiggling connectors, changing lenghts of leads, etc. My intermittent
15/12/10 SWR problem went away with a new connector and a different length
cable to a band-pass filter.

Subject: [1000mp] field swr meter accurate???/
Hello
I am just trying a new MARK V field here, and I noticed that the swr between
the amplifier and the mark v is high....compare with another known swr meter
(birds) . Did somebody notice the same thing with the MARK V field swr
meter.... Is it accurate .... Is there a way to adjust this meter if it is
not precise compare with a well calibrated swr meter???? I was using a
Kenwood before this MARK V Filed, and the swr between the radio and the amp,
was not that high.... Thanks NOEL
