Look at pilot's headsets. They aren't light or wireless, but the older
types for over the whole ear, and of course they are designed to be worn
comfortably for a very long time. Another advantage is that the
frequency response is deliberately limited to a 'communications'
bandwidth - I find 'hi-fi' headphones fatiguing for radio use, because
they give me highs and lows that I don't want to hear.
Older aviation headsets should be readily available as surplus. I use an
old 1970s 'Airlite' set, completely rewired with lightweight cords and a
Heil insert in the boom mic. They aren't my lightest set, but they are
my most comfortable long-term.
Another type of headphone/mic that may be worth a look are the ones
designed for use in language labs, where there is a need to exclude the
voices of other students.
The real answer for people who wear glasses and headphones is to choose
frames with arms that that fit snug alongside the head. However, those
may not be the best-looking frames for everyone's face... which of
course is mostly how we choose them.
