[1000mp] Roofing filter

I think you'll need to decrease gain, at least that is what a few of us
did.  The INRAD instruction advices leaving it alone (if the 70 MHz mod
was not done before), but my roofing filter added about 6 dB of gain;
therefore I reduced it.  I believe my menu 9-1 setting is "9".  Tim, K3LR
recommended setting it so that the S meter is the same as that of the sub
receiver.

My stock radio came with 9-1 set to "13," I believe with the roofing
filter the front-end gain will be too high, and you will sustain loss in
IP34 and blocking dynamic range.  I usually operate my MK V in the IPO
position anyways; therefore, the extra gain would be unwanted.
