[1000mp] Collins mech filter proper installation question

Based on Graeme Jackson's comments, it appears that the resistors
belong on the output side of the filter. They form an attenuator
to increase the insertion level of the Collins filter assemblies
to match that of the optional (2.0 KHz and 500 Hz) crystal filters.
There is a similar attenuator following the 6 KHz ceramic (AM)
filter permanently installed on the IF board (CF2002).
