My intention for posting was both .... Hi Hi

There are some great resources in this group, and between them and George, 
this would be a win win for all is my hope.

To expand this a bit, please see option B copied below. Instead of the BPF-1 
project, open up the sub receiver ahead of the MP/MkV/Field band pass filter 
section (with a Inrad 200Khz roofing filter?), and use the SM-220 Spectrum 
Scope on it. Having the option for the sub receiver frequency to track the 
main receiver tuning would be nice too.
