[1000mp] ft1000 cat help

The FT-1000MP and FT-1000MP Mark V implement a protocol very similar 
to that in the FT-1000/FT-1000D version 6.0 EPROM.  

The frequency is reported differently between the FT-1000/FT-1000D 
and FT-1000MP/MKV and later radios have added commands for filter 
switching and controlling the various DSP functions.   However, the 
basic VFO (frequency), mode and memory controls are essentially 
identical between the FT-1000/FT-1000D and FT-1000MP/MKV.
