[1000mp] NB Mods for Mark-V

Michael, the NB Mod goes on the IF board.  If you are doing the keyclick mod 
then the IF board is the one with two caps and resistors.  In fact go to:

Hans did a great job taking photos of everything and it gave me the faith I 
needed to tackle the mods.  Although when I pulled the RF board and saw the 
TINY resistors on the underside I wondered, "What have I gotten myself in 
to?"
