Dear Paul:
    It depends.
    What are your goals?  What antennas will be used?  Do you have a power
amplifier?  Do you operate CW?    ... these are just some of the facts that
are needed in order to provide a useful response.

    As an example:  if 10.1 MHz operation with a good antenna for that band
is a priority, then the 200 watt Mark V will allow you to operate without
using an amplifier to reach max. power for the band.

    Need a lot more information.
