[1000mp] Inrad roofing mod to Mark V

As I noted previously in a reply, my unit has a Ser# 0F0201xx which equates
to June, 2000. I don't recall the other owners of 16 Rf Rx stating their
serial nos. or vintage or manufacturing date.
