[1000mp] "Click" or "pk" in 81920Hz steps at RX position

If I have tuner ON or OFF is the same problem.
If you look service manual at page 4-4 you can see master reference freqency: 10485760Hz.
And 10485760Hz : 81920Hz = 128!!!
Digital (PLL) is not niar ny knowedge, But meybe that reference osc. can produce that noisi osc.81920Hz?
