That is what I did, but I can use all the filters I have in my rig, 2.4, 2.0 and 500KHz but not the 6.9KHz AM filter in the packet mode.  I said it was limited fix. As I use sound card generated AFSK RTTY and PSK31 with TrueTTy it works for me.
