Let me begin by thanking the folks who tried to open the URL and found that
it was not right for them. Critical feedback is essential if one is to
produce satisfactory results. I have transformed the file into one that
should be able to be opened by everyone (I hope). Note the more customary  "
.htm " ending for the URL.
