Unfortunately Mozilla Firefox does not read MHT ( Microsoft Home 
Publishing MHTML, .mht )

The following from the Mozilla wishlist-faq:

MHTML Support

     Mozilla does not support viewing or exporting MHTML (RFC 2557) 
files (see 18764 and 40873).
