[1000mp] FT1000MP W8JI key clicks mod -pictures

Some time back I told a few folks on this reflector I would post pictures of
the W8JI key click mod as I had done it on my FT1000MP.  I have finally
located the pictures, scaled them so as to require minimum download time,
written some dialogue, inserted some URL references to help folks find the
step by step detail and some additional pictures. The final step was to
place it on my web site so it could be accessed. Like most things, it may
need 'adjustment' to improve clarity, but for the moment what you see is
what you get.

Don't worry about the strange ending => "mht". I produced this stuff as a
single file web page using Word. Much faster that almost any other choice.
(at least for me).
