[1000mp] Mark V Handbook for Dummies

Jeff,
It was someone's sarcastic renaming of the Owner's manual (which you surely
have). There's no "Dummy's" book that I know of. However, I have found the
Yaesu "Technical Overview" for the MK-V to be helpful in filling in some
some gaps. I got mine by calling the Yaesu  Tech phone number. They sent one
free. If yours is an original MP, I think there's one for it too; try Yaesu
or the MP website.

None of this is easy. But a part of the fun of this radio is that it takes a
while before you manage to test and understand all of it's capabilities;
and, after all, isn't that why we buy new toys?
