[1000mp] Odd tuner behavior

That's exactly what I did - since I had to rework all the memories anyway
(Power+SUB+ENT seems to have solved my tuner problem) I included the tuner
freq's in memory.

So the tuner seems to be behaving everwhere but 12 and 10 where it
immediately complains about SWR. If I turn the tuner off then turn it back
on, it's fine. It's odd too because antennas for 12 and 10 are virtually
flat. There must be some RF factor here.
