[1000mp] Odd tuner behavior

Hi Pete!

That would be neat, but I've been doing quite a bit of CAT programming and I
don't think there is any way to interrogate the memories. I was hoping there
was because there are some places where you might like to do that to alter
the behavior of some of the CAT operations.

There is an idea for a neat little utility, something as handy as K6SE's 
memory software.  But I don't know, is there a command that will dump all 
the menu settings through the serial port?
