[1000mp] Wierd 15M Problem

Hi Anthony,

I've had the same problem on 15 for some time.  It came about when I was 
putting out 200W CW continuous (brick on the key) for too long while 
trying to fix some TVI. 

All other bands, including 17m, are fine.

I was planning on looking into it when I install my roofing filter, 
which won't be for a while yet.

Please let me know if you find out anymore about this.
