[1000mp] Service Manual Wanted for FT1000MP

I've found the MKV manual on CD to be of inferior quality even though 
I've printed it out on a HP laser printer, still a poor quality 
document.  Poor definition of the characters.  I keep my factory 
printed MP manual and refer to it.  Many things in common with the MKV.
