[1000mp] Any 'smaller' substitution for 1000MP ?

Alex, if it were me, I'd hang onto the MP hoping that next place you live is 
roomier. In meantime, get the Elecraft already built from someone selling. I 
gotta think you have no room to be building a kit on that corner desk. You come 
out of the problem with 2 good radios and this is big plus + plus. And, you 
have a spare rig for a just in case situation. BTW, do you have an antenna yet 
in the new apartment ? On the roof ? No radio is gonna help much for wkg 
contests and DX w/o a resonably good antenna.
