[1000mp] MKV RX Relay - Front end protection

Additionally, it's a good idea to add some sort of additional external 
protection that disables a separate RX ant. on TX.  All it takes is one 
relay glitch inside the rig to do the front end in.  KD9SV sells one 
that works very well (no affiliation).
