[1000mp] RF power

I all
     I have a problem with my RF power on my FT1000mp.
I am reading 100watts on the rig but through a meter I
am getting around 80watts on all bands. My VSWR is
100% on all bands and everything else is 100%.
What I would like to know if anyone can tell me is it
possible to tweak the power up on the MP and if so
could some one let me know how it is done.
