[1000mp] Noise on MKV RX Audio

I borrowed another MKV and it exactly like mine, in that the fan 
injects noise in to the 13V supply and that noise modulates a 
received signal. i also noted that when on SSB transmit there is 
audio on the 13V supply.

So I guess the answer is "they all do it". The question is should I 
fix it? Probably a nice big cap in the right place would do it.
