[1000mp] Noise on MKV RX Audio

Unfortunately not that simple. The Fan is introducing 75mV spices at 
about 250Hz on to the 13V supply line. I also note that in SSB the 
13V supply line is modulated by audio. I'm not sure if the problem is 
with the supply or with something being too sensitive to ripple on 
the supply, as I don't know what is "normal".  May be Yaseu will be 
of some help.
