[1000mp] MKV Problem

I've heard this occasionally on strong signals.  I think I was a lot 
closer than 4 or 5 kHz though.  I assumed, perhaps incorrectly, that it 
was some FM on their signal being slope detected by the Rx filter.  I 
didn't play around to test my theory as it was during a contest.
