Hi John,

I don't think it will after looking closely the pictures.  In fact it looks 
much enhanced from the Mark V series.  The sub receiver has it's own AF and 
RF gain controls.  Plus the sub VFO has it own buttons for Mem, Mem-ch, 
fast, band, etc.  No more hitting sub first and then the function.  I liked 
my Pro II, but hated the dual watch, I never found it much help in a big 
pile up.  I am spoiled on splitting out the audio in each ear cup.  Mixing 
audio just does not work for me.  My first rig with this type of setup was a 
TS-950sdx, but the Yaesu rigs have it right and are much easier to setup 
split.

It will be the main reason I will keep this old jalopy even though I might 
get a Pro III someday.
