If you want useful information, you have to be more specific.  What do you want compared:  The receiver in each?  Ease of operation?  Build quality? Display? something else?   Otherwise, a "which is better" question is difficult to answer meaningfully because both rigs are so different.  Also, you might tell us what kind of  operating you want to do.  Personally, I have never owned an Icom HF rig.  My impression with the Pro is that it has one big attraction to people:  the display with the bandscope.
