[1000mp] mp software

A skin is a picture. of sorts that can be embedded in a program. Look at
media player, if you use windows and there you have "skins".

This is a computer term that I have been familiar with for about 15
years.......

    English is by far the most expressive language.  Dictionaries of English
need to be larger than those of other languages.
    It has become obvious that "skin" has a meaning for you not necessarily
understood by others.  Pray expand on what "a skin of the MP" is to you.  Do
not make us work out what you intend to say.  Go right ahead and say it.
