Neil, K2RCH is a boyhood friend who, several years ago, wrote a program
called Cat Control for the MP. I don't know if he ever actively marketed it,
but it did show the MP representationally, and I think that is what you
asked about. It had some nice features, including displaying the overall
filtering characteristic selected, and controlled the rig through a COM
port.

I suspect one reason why it did not go forward might be that logging
programs control the rig, and CAT Control might conflict with them.

I am looking for a pc program that has the skin of the FT1000MP does anyone
know of any ?  I do have software but nothing that resembles the skin of a
MP.
