[1000mp] Question about SSB AB2 mode

Hello,

After reading the thread about heating caused by reduced power level in
class A mode I am now wondering if the same happens in the ab2 and cw.
The reason that it seems as I run reduced power in the rtty mode and also
reduced ssb ab2 the fan seems to come just as much or even more than running
flat out at 200 watts. Can this excessive heat generated by running reduced
power in class A also be happening in CW/RTTY?

As a test I reduced power to 10 watts and keyed down and after 30 seconds
the fan came on and ran 2 minutes to cool off.
