[1000mp] Mark V, Ft1000D & Quadra

I am having a hard time figuring out what exactly that I need to hook up the
FT1000D as the 2nd exciter.

I do not see any place on the amp to hook up another 8 pin Din band data
cable.  I also do not see another remote connector on either the amp or the
FT1000D.

What am I missing with my old eyes????
