[1000mp] Mark V front-end problem.

This weekend, I must have seriously overloaded the front-end of my Mark V.  I'm still not sure of exactly what happened, but I was working with a qrp rig, and I think it was tuned to the same frequency as the Mark V; there was quite a squeal, and I immediately turned off the Mark V.  I don't think I transmitted on the QRP rig, but I'm not sure.  In either case, it probably makes no difference.  Today, I notice that there is absolutely no difference in engaging or disengaging the IPO button.  I even used a signal generator - there is no difference.  Has anyone had this problem?  What would it entail to fix it myself?  Has anyone had this problem and sent it to Yaesu?  If so, what was the cost?  Thanks for any information.  Tom W6EIJ
