[1000mp] AF Out Repair Help

I had a lightning strike. The FT-1000 MarkV seems to have survived except 
for the AF Out jack which was connected directly to Line Out of a Sound 
Card. Oh why didn't I use an isolation transformer (which I purchased but 
never installed).

Before shipping to Yaesu I want to investigate repairing it myself. I do 
not have a Service Manual. The schematic says the buffer amplifier is 
2SC2812-L8 (or is it L6?). Q3028 -3032. Has anyone repaired this or can 
reference the service manual? Is it an IC or a transistor(s). Is it surface 
mount? Where is the AF Unit? A check with Mouser catalog does not find the 
part. Should I order from Yaesu?
