If you have a Mark V, follow the instructions on the short cut card, to
reset all memories.  If you choose to do a master reset, you will also
change all of your transmit/receiver settings as well to defaults.

To force the tuner to retune and rememorize, press and hold the tuner button
to turn it on.

I like to do this in CW while sending a string of DITS, at about 25 watts or
so.

This may help without having to do a memory reset.
